ACTIVITIES: cleaning and organizing – the fun stuff
EXERCISE:

Dessert:
DRINKS: water
HEADACHE: no
SINUS: congestion
OTHER: back and neck ache – shouldn’t sleep with a pony-tail
SLEEP PROBLEMS FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE: I was extremely exhausted having only 4 hours sleep the previous night and being up for 17 hours. I had more weird dreams (I was surrounded by ghosts) and I even think I woke up screaming – but no one heard me. I was completely exhausted that I did not wake up when my kids went to school – lucky their dad was! My dad started at 10:30
MEDICATIONS: will start to take nasacort in the evening – see if that helps. I tend to stop a medication when I am better, but then a few days later it is back – but I am only to use this when needed, so it is a pain.

DINNER: no time to cook – but I have no idea what we will have – perhaps I will run to the butcher and get some chops or burgers to grill – for after 8 PM
that is when the activities are over – what is bad is the no time to eat – I could cook, but it is either eat before 2:30 or after 8:00 – I dislike days like these especially the day before school!

SNACKS: cheese, crackers and pepperoni (I really need a nutritionist!)
DINNER: grilling a skirt steak (is that what you do with one of those?) making a salad and doing some kind of a potato thing – more than likely nuking it for baked potato – do I need a veggie? I have none in the house!
NOTE: I marinated the skirt steak for approximately one hour with one of Lawry’s seasonings – and grilled it for 20 minutes – 10 on each side – give or take a few minutes. My kids and I enjoyed it! My husband thought it was too rare! (I would consider it medium-rare; it was pink with a little blood and ooh so tender!)
I seasoned my potatoes (which were diced into 1 inch cubes) with Pampered Chef Basil Blend Canola Oil (delish! – if you want to order contact me! I sell PC!) I added Garlic Garlic and Bacon Bacon from the Tastefully Simple line (I do not sell). I added a bit of salt and pepper and placed in one of my Stones (a la PC!) and microwaved it for 18 minutes on high. Another winner – kids were asking for more!

SLEEP PROBLEMS FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE: not sure if it was the wine or the caffeine in my system but I had some problems.
